Adryan values its clients and consultants greatly. Regular contact with the daily practice of our clients and own consultants is essential for the strategy of our organization. Therefore the management is being advised on a regular basis by the Management Advisory Board with regard to developments, trends and challenges in the market. They also advise from their own experience about improving our consultants and organization.
When our clients work with our consultants they not only have access to the high-level knowledge and expertise of the consultants themselves, but they also have access to all the knowledge available within our company and network. We organized our consultants in so-called Competence Centers: knowledge groups where consultants share their knowledge and expertise. On a regular basis our consultants meet each other to share best-practices, new developments and news in their field of work. They have access to all kinds of Subject Matter Experts (SME) who are willing to share their knowledge when needed. Our clients can access this also via our consultants.
