After his study Electrical Engineering Dennis Heemskerk started his career at Fokker Aircraft B.V. Next, he worked for 6 years within the Dutch Armed Forces. After that, he started working at Centocor (currently Janssen Biotech in Leiden, The Netherlands) as Calibration Engineer, his first role within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

During his career in the Pharmaceutical Industry, he has been active in various roles such as Project Engineer, C&Q Engineer, Asset Engineer and Validation Engineer, at companies such as Centocor, Sanquin, Octoplus, Abbott, Boehringer Ingelheim and Curium. After completing his Master Program Management Dennis successfully completed various management positions in Project Management and Commissioning & Validation Management.

For more than 15 years Dennis has been working in the Pharmaceutical Industry, at technical, C&Q and management levels, and has a very large amount of experience and knowledge. He finds it amazing that he can share this experience and knowledge as a consultant with our customers. Dennis will not shy away from challenges, especially with companies who themselves do not possess the right knowledge and experience. His management style is best described as “serving leadership”: Dennis helps others to use their strengths, optimizing the performance of the team as a whole. And also important is his high level of perseverance in the face of sometimes challenging aspects of a project.
