Project Controller Scoped Projects

What are you going to do?
At Adryan, the Project Controller Scoped Projects is mainly responsible for supporting the implementation of scoped projects in the actively running project portfolios. He/she knows which services, capabilities and expertise are available within our organization and strives for optimal and effective implementation of the projects in our portfolio, in close cooperation with the Project Managers and Project Sponsors of those projects. The Project Controller is part of the Scoped Projects team and is social, friendly and has an organizational and service-oriented attitude. He/she has good communication skills and has previously worked in a similar position. The Project Controller is a serious discussion partner for our consultants and Sales employees and reports to the Division Manager Scoped Projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the project teams of the ongoing projects, thereby providing back office support for the running project portfolios.
- Providing support to project managers and project sponsors in monitoring, coordinating, following up on-going project portfolio and budgets, maintaining project matrix and associated resource planning.
- Attending and organizing relevant internal project meetings with the various project teams (and possibly stakeholders), in order to achieve the agreed result.
- Facilitating resource requests within the Adryan organization and associated flow of information transfer and archiving.
- Filing commercial and project information in our CRM, also ensuring any necessary project documentation structures outside CRM.
- Reporting project progress and deviations to the Division Manager Scoped Projects.
- Participate in the further transition and development of the Scoped Projects division (through processes and documentation).
- Developing and supporting client-oriented actions (marketing) and implementing these actions in collaboration with our Shared Services division.
- Coordination and development of available Sales documentation within the Adryan organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient above average with software (MS Office, e.g. Excel). Solid understanding of controlled documentation and data systems. Experience with MS Projects is an advantage.
- Good oral and written command of the Dutch and English language. Command of the German language is an advantage.
- You can work independently, but also look for collaboration with colleagues.
- You are used to working project-based.
- You can work systematically, maintain an overview and set priorities.
- Proactive, energetic and full of initiative.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a talent for organization and enjoy being the linking pin in projects.
